Powder Coat Line, Holland, MI Responsibilities:Powder Coat Line, Holland, MI
Set up and operate powder coating equipment
Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking
Apply powder coating using airless paint spraying techniques
Monitor and adjust equipment settings to achieve desired coating thickness and appearance
Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
Train and supervise a team of powder coat technicians
Maintain inventory of powder coating materials and supplies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production flow
Requirements:
Previous experience in powder coating or auto painting is required
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
Proficiency in materials handling, including operating cranes or other lifting equipment
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material quantities
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Tube Laser Operator, Jenison, MI Responsibilities:Tube Laser Operator, Jenison, MI
Operate BLM tube laser cutting machine to fabricate metal components according to blueprints, specifications and quality standards
Read & Interpret blueprints, drawings and specs to understand the details of each project
Use hand tools, milling machines and precision measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of laser cutting process
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser cutting machine
Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
Collaborate with other production team members to meet production deadlines and targets
Continuously improve production processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity
Keep tube laser operating at 85% efficiency or better
Ensure proper scheduling to cut all HOT orders immediately
Requirements:
Proven experience as a tube laser operator or in a related field

Sorting and unloading parts from laser tables
Verifying the quality of parts and identifying them.
Tagging and marking parts for identification using provided software
Cleaning, grinding parts with hand tools as needed
Notifying team lead of missing parts, quality issues or parts that don't need quality standards
Remove scrap materials and place in bin or hopper
Continuously improve production processes and techniques to enhance efficiency and productivity
Keep work area neat and organized
Requirements:
Must be able to work well within a team environment
Able tostand for long periods of time, walk frequently and lift up to 50 pounds solor
Familiarity with basic hand tools including hammers, measuring devices and hand grinders
Must have a safety mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read blue prints is a plus

Be the main point of contact and communication for current and potential customers

Operate state of the art laser cutting machines to fabricate metal components according to blueprints, specifications and quality standards
Be able to make adjustments to programs and settings to achieve print tolerance and clean cutting
Inspect finished work to ensure tolerances and specifications are met using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, dial indicators etc.
Be able to properly load material into automation and/or lasers according to work instructions and safe practices
Assist sorting & unloading staff
Use grinders, files and other hand deburring equipment as needed
Operate hi lo for moving and loading/unloading material
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser cutting machines and other equipment in laser department
Work quickly & efficiently to maintain production schedules and meet deadlines and targets
Keep work area neat and organized
Requirements:

Welder - Fabricator, Holland Responsibilities:Welder - Fabricator, Holland
Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products in a timely manner using a variety of processes to ensure quality standards
May be required to TIG or MIG weld, plasma cut, peel plastic, grind/DA finish products or operatoe slip roller to meet specifications
Continually inspect all parts to meet Preferred Machine quality standards
Perform first piece checks on all parts to ensure they are to print, cosmetically acceptable and within tolerance
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and shop drawings to determine materials, dimensions and assembly sequence
Set up and operate welding equipment, maintaining proper heat settings and gas flow
Follow mandatory safety procedures
Work quickly & efficiently to maintain production schedules and meet deadlines and targets
Keep work area neat and organized
Requirements:
Previous experience in hand welding in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to work well within a team environment
Familiarity with welding tools and procedures such as GMAW, FCAW and GTAW
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and solo lift parts up to 50 pounds
Able to operate a saw and potentially cut own material when needed
Ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Experience:
Must have proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a manufacturing environment
Candidates that have completed a recognized welding program or apprenticeship are preferred.
